I've led global teams directly supporting multi-billion dollar business units, helped launch products serving millions of customers, and interviewed thousands of candidates for highly competitive roles throughout my career.

Now, as a Career Coach, I use that experience to help professionals build standout resumes, master interviews with insider strategies, and navigate promotions and leadership transitions with confidence.
