About Me
Before starting my coaching practice, I spent more than 20 years climbing the corporate ladder at Amazon, Coinbase, and American Airlines in data-first roles. I've had the privilege to lead global data teams supporting multi-billion-dollar businesses, launch products that reached millions of customers, and interview thousands of candidates for highly competitive technical and non-technical roles. As a long-time people leader and former Amazon Bar Raiser, I also understand how tough the hiring process can be and how often unspoken rules decide who gets promoted and who gets left behind.
Along the way I had to overcome countless hurdles that could have easily held me back including breaking into data as a woman, finding my voice as an introvert, and forging a path early in my career without professional role models. These experiences not only shaped my resilience, they deepened my belief that career success should be accessible to anyone willing to put in the work.
